Try-on policy
Boots and apparel may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check fit. Keep the item clean and in original condition, with packaging and tags where applicable.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Clean indoor try-ons are welcome.
Outdoor wear, washing & soiling
Items worn outdoors, dirtied, stained, washed or otherwise used beyond a clean indoor try-on cannot be returned.

Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
